Dear friends,
We’re delighted that you’ve decided to join YIEC NEWLINE and would be willing to share your time and energy volunteering together with us!
To help you to direct yourself better we’ve made the list of activities we propose you to contribute to! Hope this will guide you successfully among all the opportunities we set up, however we’re really flexible – so any additions, comments and ideas are really welcomed!
General preferences of volunteers:
– personal motivation;
– ability to work in English/Russian/Belarussian (preferable two or three together);
– ability to share some of your free time (an hour a day/ weekly/monthly – depending on a type of an activity);
– ability to travel nationally/internationally, sometimes on an urgent basis;
– to have an easy access to the Internet, mainly to email.
WHAT IS YOUR INTEREST?
You can involve yourself in lots of possible activities!
Translators
Translate materials and web-pages, help translating forms and news constantly changing on the web; translating club’s documentation, reports and other information.
Languages: Russian, Belarussian, English.
Designers
Design flyers, posters, small banners and other additional print and generally visual materials.
Designers task also include refreshing and changing of some banners on the club’s web, help in developing pictures and other illustrations; web-sites design.
Programmers
Support and development of the NEWLINE web-site and outgoing project’s web-sites (perspective: forums, online/offline communication, automatic news updates and independent email lists services; far future: participants profiles, authorization access to the web-site inner information and online membership); solving technical issues with IATP concerning new innovations on the web, access to pages.
Coordinators
