Dear Friends,
I feel compelled to express my personal passionate concern. It is about Global Heating (not warming).
This is not a question any more. It is a fact.
Another fact is that our children, grandchildren and their children will have to bear the burden of the mess we are creating (or contributing to). And the results could be catastrophic.
Therefore: Is there not more that iEARN – a global network of an estimated one-million teachers and young people can do? Now?!
I think there is IF (?) we come together as one voice through the use of the Internet technology.
We know what is going on. And we know who is doing it. And we know how to come together with one voice.
So what is missing?: An initiative to come from the teachers and the students. (iEARN is a "bottom up" network.)Are YOU willing to act? Or encourage a teacher or student to act?
Can you imagine even some percentage of iEARN voices sending a message to key people in the world?
