Kaleidoscope invites youth aged 8-12 and 13-18 to learn about the UN Millennium Development Goals, produce a short video about what they feel is the most important global issue, and post it on a public video-sharing platform like YouTube or MySpace before March 31st, 2008 for the world to see. Juries across the country will select winners in every province/region at a gala event in late April, where they will receive recognitions for their work as well as great prizes. National winners in each age category will also be chosen and recognized at the CCIC AGM in May.
