Programme:
Through this event, ICLEI aims at encouraging and preparing its
members to drastically cut carbon emission levels and to reshape
our cities, so as to run truly resource efficient.
The Convention is also the first step of the process that seeks
to include local governments in the new UN agreement on climate,
in the framework of the Local Climate Roadmap Bali-Poznan-Copenhagen.
The event is open also to non-ICLEI members.
