WORLD WE LIVE IN
Invitation to Join the Project
Hello!
I’m Olga Luksha, a teacher of Braslav Grammar School (Belarus). Our students take part in various projects of iEARN that let them not only learn the world but also influence its development let them become better and find good friends.
I invite you to take part in the project “World We Live In”. Our project is a great opportunity for all participants to express their attitude to everything that is around us and inside our personality. The world we live in is marvelous: you can find a lot of interesting people and events in it.
If you are in our project you will be able to communicate which we usually lack for, you will be able to find the people who have similar thoughts. And it’s wonderful to understand that you with your friends who hold the same views can feel the support of aspiration for changing the world in a better way.
For example, “One Day of Peace with the Earth Charter”. Everyone knows that peace in the world is the main condition for existence of human beings, because it’s necessary not only for relations between states, but also in our families and in our souls. That’s why our children took an active part in this action. They contributed both in keeping of nature resources and put their whole soul in each tree planted that day. It’s the most important thing that now they can be proud of the results of their work. And all this gives us the hope that we can change the world.
Can we make the world better? Can we do anything for all people live more comfortable in our unlimited Home. Let’s think and discuss it in our project “World We Live In”.
The work of our project is organized with the help of the mail list iearn-wwli@list.iearn.org (available for all participants) or the forum www.iearn.org (available for registered iEARN (International Education and Resource Network) users only)
If you want to participate in the Internet-discussion of our project, write to: olga_queen@yahoo.com or yiecnewline@gmail.com.
