The Policy Document of the WYC that was prepared and endorsed by the World Youth Congress is now ready to be submitted to governments all over the world in advance of the Millennium Review Summit in New York next month. The Policy Document of the World Youth Congress is unique. It is different from the declarations of many other youth conferences in that it focuses on one specific philosophy: Youth Led Development. It is also locally specific, and counters clichй by providing recommendations not only to governments, but also to NGOs and even young people! It is therefore important to promote such a radical, yet relevant document.
